NIXFITTI is an Anti-Graffiti company by Graffiti artists which originated in the context of OUTSIDES, a guerilla-marketing project by the corporation Red Bull. The idea of NIXFITTI resulted from a debate of principles: does it work, as a Graffiti writer, to cooperate with a large company and work together in the public space Or do you make yourself untrustworthy - and also the whole writing culture, which lays great emphasis on independence from institutions and commercial interests? So we developed the idea to found NIXFITTI in order to showcase a critical statement within the scope of 'Outsides', by accepting the cooperation but completely reversing our working methods. By making this statement, we open up the discussion about this subject to a broader public and at the same time provoke a debate within the Graffiti scene.
Nixfitti are Spitboy, Roger, Relax, Rainer Macher and Richard Schwarz.
